Google Cloud Engineer Lead
Job Summary
Leading the development of large technical cloud applications, the full-time remote Google Cloud Engineer Lead will build and manage Google Cloud resources while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and builds Google Cloud infrastructure to meet business strategies and requirements
- Influences strategy and executes engineering roadmaps around infrastructure as a service, including proof of concepts
- Troubleshoots availability and performance incidents, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering
- Proficiency with Google Cloud networking components, including Cloud Interconnect and Cloud DNS
- Experience with Google AI products, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Compute Engine
- Familiarity with Terraform development and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Proficient in programming languages, particularly Python
