Google Dialogflow Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Google Dialogflow Engineer with Python experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Conversational AI platforms
• Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code while developing custom components to enhance chatbot functionality
• Integrate chatbot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs, and resolve technical issues through analysis and debugging

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
• Proficient in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Machine Learning (ML)
• Extensive experience with the LLM feature in Dialogflow CX and traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities
• Solid understanding of Google as a Software-as-a-Service platform
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
