Google Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive successful delivery and adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini solutions, the remote Google Project Manager / Change Management Specialist will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, scoping, and execution of complex Google Workspace deployment and optimization programs
• Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies tailored to client cultures
• Build and nurture internal "Google Guides/Champions" networks to drive peer-to-peer learning within client organizations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, with at least 3 years focused on Google Workspace deployments and Change Management
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) and Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred
• Deep knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem and its collaborative capabilities
• Exceptional empathy and communication skills to translate technical shifts for non-technical users
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs related to project health and user adoption rates
