Job Summary

To support the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), the fully remote Google Workspace Administrator will manage the administration, configuration, and sustainment of the Google Workspace environment for a global user base of educators, administrators, and students.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Google Workspace environment, including user accounts and associated services
  • Implement and monitor security controls and provide Tier 2/3 support for Google Workspace-related incidents
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoDEA policies and develop system documentation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in system administration or enterprise collaboration platforms
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain
  • Experience administering Google Workspace in a large enterprise or educational environment
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management, including integration with directory services
