Job Summary

A company is looking for a SME Google Workspace Engineer- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day incident response for Google Workspace issues, focusing on Gmail performance and routing
Troubleshoot technical glitches and utilize Google Workspace Admin SDK and Gmail API for issue investigation and automation
Collaborate with internal teams for root cause analysis and provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues

Required Qualifications

Expertise in Gmail API and REST API
Proficiency in PowerShell and Python
Experience with Google SDK
Familiarity with Exchange Online and mail workflow is a plus
Ability to participate in on-call or after-hours rotation for critical incident management
