Job Summary

A company is looking for a Google Workspace Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support 60+ clients across Google Workspace and GCP, ensuring quality onboarding and support experiences
  • Update knowledge bases and produce quality support metrics for client domains and the Technical Support team
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance client experiences and contribute to client Quarterly Business Review meetings


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public cloud provider environments, preferably Google Workspace and GCP
  • 2+ years of experience configuring and administering SaaS applications
  • 2+ years of experience managing distributed global support teams
  • Experience in designing and delivering support metrics dashboards and reports
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
