Google Workspace Trainer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology group, the full-time Google Workspace Trainer will design and deliver bespoke training programs, conduct Training Needs Analyses, and contribute to pre-sales proposals in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deliver complex training materials tailored to customer needs
• Independently run Training Needs Analyses and scope requirements for Google Workspace Statements of Work
• Identify upsell opportunities during training sessions and contribute to pre-sales pitches

Required qualifications:

• Significant experience delivering technical or bespoke training programs to enterprise audiences
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in scoping training requirements
• Excellent curriculum design skills for translating complex technical concepts into engaging learning
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and experience in delivering AI/Gemini or low-code automation training
