Job Summary

A company is looking for a GovCloud Fulfillment Analyst (FULLY REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Own the full fulfillment lifecycle for GovCloud customers, from sales order to product delivery
Analyze public sector orders, validate configurations, and collaborate with Engineering for environment setup
Proactively identify process bottlenecks and lead improvements to enhance operational workflows

Required Qualifications

US citizen located within the US; able to obtain and maintain IL5 clearance
4-6 years of experience in operations, fulfillment, or business process analysis
Proven track record of owning and improving business-critical processes
Customer-first mindset focused on the experience from order to delivery
Ability to take initiative, lead without authority, and drive results
