Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time GovCon Contracts Manager will lead full life-cycle contract administration, manage compliance and pricing for proposals, and engage with government representatives, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the full contract and subcontract life cycle across various customer sectors, including Federal and State
- Draft, negotiate, and manage NDAs, subcontracts, and prime contract actions while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS
- Advise leadership on contractual obligations and risks, and support the development of contracting policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, contracts, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of federal government contracting experience with direct responsibility for contracts and subcontracts
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and experience with various contract types
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
- Expertise in developing cost/pricing models and compliance matrices for proposals
