Job Summary
Supporting architecture and implementation governance for the VA Zero Trust acceleration effort, the full-time remote Governance Analyst will maintain traceability between Federal guidance and VA objectives while preparing documentation for governance forums and maintaining decision logs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain traceability from Federal Zero Trust guidance and VA objectives to assessment criteria and implementation priorities
- Support preparation and documentation for Architecture Review Boards and executive governance forums
- Review deliverables for consistency with approved terminology, standards, and documented Government priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Public Policy, Business, or a related field
- Three or more years of cybersecurity governance, architecture governance, compliance, or Federal IT policy experience
- Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-207 and CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model
- Experience maintaining decision records and governance documentation
- Strong analytical writing and stakeholder coordination skills
