Job Summary
Supporting the Financial Technology Optimization and Alignment program, the remote Governance and OCM Analyst will assess agency capabilities, develop governance materials, and assist in training and change management efforts for a Federal Government Agency.
Key responsibilities
- Assess current agency capabilities and identify gaps against strategic priorities
- Develop requirements and support governance processes, including tracking decisions and risks
- Create training strategies and materials, conducting training needs assessments and delivering training sessions
Required qualifications
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop financial management procedural documents
- Demonstrated experience with portfolio management or organizational change management
- Direct experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) frameworks
- Experience developing training curricula and SOPs for federal system implementations
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability clearance
