Governance and Resilience Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development and implementation of Information Governance and Business Resilience programs, the full-time Governance and Resilience Analyst will work remotely to manage governance processes, analyze reports, and coordinate resilience planning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with governance of collaboration platforms, including M365 workspaces, SharePoint, and Teams
• Analyze governance and resilience reports using Excel and Power BI, providing recommendations for enhancements
• Coordinate governance activities, including policy reviews, control assessments, and tracking action items

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with no prior experience in the Operations area, or a High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience in Operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Technical knowledge of dashboard and reporting tools such as Power BI
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
