Job Summary

A company is looking for a Governance & Control Specialist Compliance COE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of compliance program elements within the first line of defense
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute risk strategies in alignment with business objectives
• Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to enhance compliance processes and controls across various business units

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience in consumer regulatory compliance
• Advanced knowledge of governance, risk, and control procedures
• Experience in leading projects and managing teams
• Familiarity with compliance regulations such as Reg Z, FCRA, and ECOA
