Job Summary

Leading critical compliance and regulatory initiatives, the full-time remote Governance & Oversight Program Manager will translate complex requirements into actionable plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional compliance enhancement and remediation initiatives
• Translate complex regulatory and compliance requirements into clear action plans and technical solutions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead meaningful process and control improvements

Required qualifications

• Experience as part of a compliance team focusing on process improvement and regulatory examination readiness
• Demonstrated expertise in AML, sanctions, and fraud compliance workflows
• Strong cross-functional program management and technical project coordination skills
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance tooling
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
