Governance Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Governance QA Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern the A&E program playbook, including standards and procedures
• Oversee the program's QA/QC framework and conduct structured QA audits of digital deliverables
• Capture lessons learned and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across all delivery partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in design governance, QA/QC, or technical standards management
• Strong understanding of design documentation standards and quality processes
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain formal documentation frameworks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with QA/QC or standards management platforms preferred
