Job Summary

A company is looking for a Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager - Customer Assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and support tasks related to security questionnaires and audits
  • Build and implement a comprehensive customer assurance program leveraging tools and technologies
  • Lead customer-facing discussions and translate technical security controls into business-relevant language
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in security, GRC, or customer-facing technical roles, including 3+ years in people management
  • Prior experience supporting customer security reviews, audits, or RFPs in a SaaS or cybersecurity context
  • In-depth knowledge of security and privacy frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
  • Strong understanding of cloud security and modern SaaS infrastructure
  • Experience in building and scaling customer assurance programs and managing high-stakes conversations
