Job Summary

A company is looking for a Governance & Control Specialist Insider Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and facilitate training for the Insider Threat Management and Investigations team
• Partner with Learning & Development to maintain an enterprise Insider Risk Program training strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end functional programs

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of governance, risk, and control procedures
• Experience in developing training content and facilitating training sessions
• Financial crimes experience is preferred
