Job Summary
Responsible for meeting revenue objectives, the full-time Government Account Executive will engage in consultative sales processes to sell training and professional development services while building and maintaining relationships with key clients in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Meet minimum monthly sales targets through consultative conversations with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within accounts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain an organized pipeline with accurate updates in the CRM and participate in outbound outreach activities
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of business-to-business sales experience
- 3+ years of experience in federal government sales, including knowledge of procurement processes and compliance
- Ability to navigate complex government sales cycles and contract negotiations
- Experience with discovery conversations and recommending solutions
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or Microsoft 365 is helpful but not required
