Job Summary

To build and scale the public sector business across North America, the full-time Government Account Executive will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, identify strategic opportunities for AI integration in government services, and establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders, all while working remotely with a preference for candidates based in Washington, D.C.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and own ElevenLabs' Government go-to-market motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for voice and agents to transform government services and citizen engagement
  • Develop account strategies and navigate complex procurement processes within government environments
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience selling to government or public-sector organizations
  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex deals in federal or regulated environments
  • Experience building a new vertical or go-to-market motion from early stages
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Passion for modernizing government services through AI and emerging technologies
