Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (Gov) to manage and grow relationships with government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own retention and growth across a portfolio of government accounts, proactively identifying expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or revenue-driven Customer Success role within a rapidly growing organization
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving new business within existing accounts
- Experience working with CRM and Customer Success tools
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a disciplined approach to execution
- Experience in the Government sector is desirable
