Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Gov) to manage and grow relationships with government clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own retention and growth across a portfolio of government accounts, proactively identifying expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a sales or revenue-driven Customer Success role within a rapidly growing organization
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving new business within existing accounts
  • Experience working with CRM and Customer Success tools
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a disciplined approach to execution
  • Experience in the Government sector is desirable
