Job Summary
Focused on generating and managing a portfolio of existing government clients, the full-time Government Renewal Account Manager will work remotely from the Eastern or Central Time Zones in the U.S., utilizing effective sales techniques to close deals and enhance client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Generate, upgrade, and manage the existing government business portfolio through outbound calling
- Address client needs and resolve issues related to lease agreements while overcoming objections to close sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client escalations and implement performance improvement changes
Required qualifications
- Preferred experience with Government, NGO, or Non-Profit accounts
- 1+ years of experience in outbound client calls and sales consultation
- Proven ability to effectively overcome objections and close sales
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce
- Strong follow-up history on sales opportunities through various communication channels
