Government Affairs Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Government Affairs to join their Regulatory/Gov Affairs team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support research, tracking, and intake in Gov/Regulatory Affairs
• Coordinate case assignment and identify escalated issues
• Research and resolve low-risk complaints while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in health insurance customer service, claims, appeals, or Regulatory team
• 2+ years of experience with JIRA, ROSCO, Appian, or similar systems
• 2+ years of experience using Westlaw, legislative tracking software, and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with health insurance claims and appeals
• Experience working with regulators
