Government and Workforce Partnership Director

Job Summary

A company in the education industry is looking for a Government and Workforce Partnership Director.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze the Registered Apprenticeship grant/funding market landscape
• Develop and own relationship with decision makers in all targeted institutions
• Own the grant budget, including pipeline creation, management, and forecasting

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of sales or consulting experience with successful track record of managing government and public sector business development in the US through RFPs
• Oversight of cross-functional, complex sales cycles
• Experience within Corporate Education and/or HR ecosystems
