Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Appeal and Audit Recovery teams, coordinating with various departments
  • Educate staff on contracts and laws related to medical claims appeals and assess patient accounts for billing appropriateness
  • Identify trends in denial prevention and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve the appeals process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of Revenue Cycle experience
  • 2+ years of management experience in Revenue Cycle
  • Bachelor's degree (BSN) is preferred
