Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Associate - Government Banking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Government Banking Relationship Managers in client retention, enhancement, and new client acquisition
  • Manage daily client interactions and transactions, ensuring effective service and problem resolution
  • Coordinate client account implementations and ongoing monitoring of treasury management services
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within banking
  • Knowledge of treasury management products and processes preferred
  • Experience with public sector clients is a plus
  • Proficiency in banking software such as DNA, ACM, and Salesforce preferred
