Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Associate - Government Banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Government Banking Relationship Managers in client retention, enhancement, and new client acquisition
- Manage daily client interactions and transactions, ensuring effective service and problem resolution
- Coordinate client account implementations and ongoing monitoring of treasury management services
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within banking
- Knowledge of treasury management products and processes preferred
- Experience with public sector clients is a plus
- Proficiency in banking software such as DNA, ACM, and Salesforce preferred
