Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Banking - Client Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Government Banking Relationship Managers in enhancing client relationships and growing the client base
  • Interact with clients to handle transactions, resolve issues, and identify banking needs
  • Manage the implementation process for banking services and monitor ongoing client support


Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within banking
  • Knowledge of treasury management products and processes
  • Experience with public sector clients is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications such as DNA, ACM, and Salesforce is preferred
