Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Government Budgets who will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and contract modification processes for government-funded programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of budgets for government-funded contracts and grants
• Develop multi-year financial projections and manage financial aspects of contract modifications
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support program teams in understanding financial aspects of grants and contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in government budgeting, financial forecasting, or grants management
• Proven experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance reporting for government-funded programs
• Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
