Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to drive government capture strategy within the Department of War.

Key Responsibilities

• Own capture strategy for assigned government customers and programs
• Help Sales teams navigate government funding mechanisms and align customer needs with acquisition paths
• Develop bid strategies and competitive positioning for priority pursuits

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in government capture or federal acquisition
• Demonstrated experience in shaping capture strategy prior to RFP release
• Strong understanding of U.S. government acquisition mechanisms
• Proven ability to guide bid strategy and assess competitive positioning
• Experience partnering with sales teams to support customer engagements
