Government Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Program Compliance Analyst - Reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Researches and completes enrollment forms for Medicare and Medicaid services, ensuring compliance with policies
• Collaborates with various departments to maintain accurate data for hospital-based clinics and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitors compliance and makes recommendations for changes to senior leaders across the organization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, nine years with an Associate's degree, or thirteen years with a High School diploma or GED
• No licensure or certification required
• Experience in Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) processes, compliance, and strategic planning
• Extensive accounting experience within a hospital setting is preferred
