Job Summary
Leading the strategy and implementation of government compliance programs, the full-time remote Government Compliance Manager will oversee FedRAMP High authorization processes, manage continuous monitoring activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with federal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end authorization process for FedRAMP High and align with CMMC Level 2/3 for DoD contracts
- Manage ongoing FedRAMP continuous monitoring requirements, including vulnerability management and incident reporting
- Develop and maintain FedRAMP authorization packages and serve as the primary contact for federal agency compliance inquiries
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management, with at least 3 years in FedRAMP authorizations
- Demonstrated success in achieving FedRAMP High authorization for a cloud service offering
- Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 security controls and federal security authorization processes
- 3+ years of people management experience in compliance or security teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
