Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closeout Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare final government contract project invoices and necessary supporting documentation
• Review billing practices to ensure accuracy within contractual terms and compliance with regulations
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable schedules and follow up on invoice collections

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• U.S. Citizenship
• Minimum 5 years of relevant billing experience in government contracting
• Experience with Costpoint
• Knowledge of closeout and final invoicing processes
