Job Summary
Overseeing and supporting the full lifecycle of government contracting activities, the full-time Government Contracting Specialist will collaborate with various teams to manage federal contracts, ensure compliance, and engage with government customers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of federal contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency requirements
- Support proposal development, pricing strategy, and submission processes for government contracts
- Serve as a liaison with contracting officers and maintain strategic relationships across the federal contracting ecosystem
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in federal government contracting, procurement, or contract administration
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes
- Experience with contracts involving agencies such as the DoD, FAA, NASA, or DHS
- Familiarity with software, SaaS, aerospace, aviation, or defense technology environments
- Experience supporting both prime and subcontractor engagements
