Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator, Staff with government contracting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in program execution while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance
- Lead subcontracting and procurement activities under prime contracts, including negotiation and documentation
- Produce internal and external financial reports and perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in government contracts, grants, and procurement management
- Experience managing complex multi-year contracts (IDIQ, T&M, CPFF, FFP)
- Familiarity with government-approved procurement systems and CPSR experience
- Knowledge of the FAR and other agency supplements
- Experience working with ERP Systems
