Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator, Staff with government contracting experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers in program execution while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance
  • Lead subcontracting and procurement activities under prime contracts, including negotiation and documentation
  • Produce internal and external financial reports and perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in government contracts, grants, and procurement management
  • Experience managing complex multi-year contracts (IDIQ, T&M, CPFF, FFP)
  • Familiarity with government-approved procurement systems and CPSR experience
  • Knowledge of the FAR and other agency supplements
  • Experience working with ERP Systems
