A company is looking for a Government Contracts Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise companies on navigating the regulatory framework and risk environment associated with government procurement
  • Provide legal counsel on government contracts, including compliance, negotiations, and disputes
  • Collaborate with in-house counsel and business leaders to manage risk and develop policies related to government contracting activities
Required Qualifications
  • At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including experience as an in-house attorney or General Counsel
  • Deep expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related procurement rules
  • Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist
  • J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
  • State bar membership in the state where the candidate resides/practices
