Job Summary
Supporting a growing technology company, the full-time Government Contracts Attorney will manage federal government RFPs, provide legal guidance on complex contracting matters, and ensure compliance initiatives while working fully remote for an initial 6-month duration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage federal government RFPs from initiation to completion
- Advise cross-functional teams on complex government contracting issues
- Support compliance initiatives and strengthen legal processes within the organization
Required qualifications
- Deep experience with federal government contracts, including FAR and DFARS
- Strong background in providing legal guidance throughout the contracting lifecycle
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience advising on compliance initiatives related to government contracting
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and relevant legal licensure
