Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Government Contracts Attorney will advise clients on government contracting issues, assist with procurement processes, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise clients on contract formation, negotiation, performance, and termination related to government contracts
- Assist clients in navigating government procurement processes, including bid protests and contract disputes
- Provide legal counsel on compliance matters related to federal, state, and local government contracts
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on government contracts
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and state/local procurement laws
- Experience with public sector contracting and regulatory compliance
- Actively licensed and in good standing in a U.S. state
