Government Contracts Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Government Contracts Attorney will advise clients on government contracting issues, assist with procurement processes, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise clients on contract formation, negotiation, performance, and termination related to government contracts
• Assist clients in navigating government procurement processes, including bid protests and contract disputes
• Provide legal counsel on compliance matters related to federal, state, and local government contracts

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on government contracts
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and state/local procurement laws
• Experience with public sector contracting and regulatory compliance
• Actively licensed and in good standing in a U.S. state
