Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Contracts Attorney - Construction (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and create construction contracts and government contracts
  • Assist with subcontractor agreement templates and review existing contract templates
  • Handle incoming contracts and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with construction contracts and government contracts
  • Familiarity with flow downs and subcontracting agreements
  • Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
  • Ability to work remotely on an as-needed basis
  • Desire for a long-term part-time relationship with the client
