Job Summary

Government Contracts Lead, responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle and driving revenue execution in a full-time role that requires strong judgment and ownership in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiation for government and commercial agreements
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake to execution and renewal
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to enhance deal structures and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting, defense-tech, or regulated industries
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts independently
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP, NIST, or ITAR is strongly preferred
