Job Summary
Leading the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, the full-time Contracts Manager will negotiate, administer, and manage various agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal support through award, execution, modification, and closeout
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer government and commercial contracts, subcontracts, and other contractual documents
- Partner with Business Development and Capture teams to identify contractual risks and support proposal submissions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Law, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience managing government contracts within the defense, aerospace, or federal technology sectors
- Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and common U.S. Government contract types
- Experience supporting proposal development, contract negotiations, and program execution
- NCMA certification, such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM, is a plus
