Government Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Providing senior-level support for government regulatory contracts activities, the full-time Senior Specialist, Government Contracts will manage the development and administration of contracts with state and federal governments for Medicaid, Medicare, and other government-sponsored programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to research requests related to government health care programs, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Review and assess provider agreements, marketing materials, and other contract deliverables for regulatory compliance prior to submission
• Conduct structured audits of regulatory mandates and ensure implementation of required changes across Molina business units

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or Marketplace health insurance programs, with a minimum of 1 year in government contracts
• Strong knowledge of government-sponsored programs and program compliance
• Proficient in data analysis, report creation, and information presentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively within deadlines
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
