Job Summary

To support a growing national healthcare government contractor, the contract Government Grants & Compliance Attorney will provide remote legal expertise in federal grant compliance, including advising on implementation, drafting agreements, and ensuring adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on the implementation, administration, and compliance of federal grant programs, particularly in the CMS/Medicaid space
• Draft, review, and negotiate grant agreements, subrecipient agreements, and related contracts
• Support the establishment of new grant programs by developing policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Experience with federal grant implementation and compliance, particularly with 2 CFR 200/300
• Background in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services is a plus
• Outstanding professional references
