Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth & Capture Manager, Government Health to expand and convert pipeline across federal and state health markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients to expand market presence
• Own capture operations and support capture planning activities for qualified opportunities
• Provide operational support and track growth KPIs, OKRs, and pipeline metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in business development or capture management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in federal and/or state government contracting in health and human services
• Proven track record of achieving business development goals in a government contracting environment
• Deep knowledge of the HHS ecosystem, including various federal and state health agencies
• Experience leading captures for opportunities valued at $3M+
