Government Insuring Coordinator

Job Summary

Reviewing and submitting closed loan files for insuring, the full-time remote Government Insuring Coordinator will manage FHA, VA, and USDA loans, ensuring compliance with agency requirements and maintaining accurate reporting of insured loans.

Key responsibilities

• Review and insure closed loans for FHA, VA, and USDA, preparing necessary case binders
• Obtain and track Mortgage Insurance Certificates (MIC), Loan Guaranty Certificates (LGC), and Loan Note Guarantees (LNG) within established time frames
• Maintain accurate reporting of premiums and provide support for internal and external inquiries related to insuring

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• General knowledge of bank products and mortgage processes
• Ability to work well with associates, clients, and vendors
• Strong judgment and motivation with a hard-working attitude
• Good communication skills and healthy work habits
