Government Insuring Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Insuring Specialist to audit and insure FHA & VA loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and insure every funded government loan to ensure compliance with FHA and VA requirements
• Prepare insuring packages aligned with specific agency requirements and manage timelines for Escrow Holdbacks and EEM mortgages
• Collaborate with the Post Closing team and escalate deficiencies or Post Endorsement requests as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Government Insuring or Post Close experience
• Experience with FHA Connection and VA WebLGY
• Proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and manage time effectively
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently while supporting a team atmosphere
