Leading a remote team, the full-time Government Lending Loan Closing Lead will oversee loan closing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple states including FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, VA, TX, and CO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the loan closing process for government lending products
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Provide leadership and training to team members to enhance performance and productivity

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in loan closing or mortgage operations
• Strong knowledge of government lending regulations and compliance
• Leadership experience in a team environment
