Government Payer Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the enrollment of providers with non-commercial payers, the full-time remote Government Payer Enrollment Specialist will manage the enrollment process for individual providers and groups, ensuring timely billing and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Completes the government payer enrollment process for new individual providers and groups/locations within established timeframes
• Obtains necessary information for government payer applications and maintains accurate data on providers and groups/locations
• Handles maintenance updates and re-verification processes to ensure continuous participation status for providers and groups

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in non-commercial payer enrollment
• Provider enrollment technical proficiency
• Effective and professional communication skills
• CPCS or PESC Certification preferred but not required
