Government Product Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Solution Product Manager for Government, the candidate will own product direction for government solutions, translating customer needs into actionable requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving delivery priorities while developing expertise in geospatial technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and priorities for Government solutions in partnership with senior product leaders
• Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the technical delivery team
• Build relationships with Sales and Customer Success to identify customer pain points and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in government, preferably within a geospatial office, with project or product leadership experience
• Experience with geospatial data and familiarity with government procurement processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Comfort with geospatial technology and remote sensing, ideally with knowledge of Esri, Autodesk, or Bentley products
• Proven ability to write clear requirements for technical teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
