Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Program Operations Specialist responsible for coordinating the operations of the Government Programs Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Government Programs Operations team shared Outlook mailbox and ensure timely responses
  • Lead pharmacy outreach initiatives related to CMS disputes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Design and improve documentation frameworks and optimize internal workflows for operational consistency
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma required
  • Experience with Medicare Part D and/or as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
  • Experience in high-growth, startup environments is advantageous
  • Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
