Job Summary
A company is looking for a Government Program Operations Specialist responsible for coordinating the operations of the Government Programs Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Government Programs Operations team shared Outlook mailbox and ensure timely responses
- Lead pharmacy outreach initiatives related to CMS disputes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Design and improve documentation frameworks and optimize internal workflows for operational consistency
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma required
- Experience with Medicare Part D and/or as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Experience in high-growth, startup environments is advantageous
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
