Job Summary
To ensure compliance and accountability, the remote contract Government Property & Compliance Specialist will manage, track, and reconcile Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP) while serving as a subject matter expert in property data management and compliance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records for Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP)
- Administer and update property records within PIEE applications, including the GFP and WAWF modules
- Support audit preparation and compliance reviews by generating reports and ensuring data integrity
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in government property management or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS property regulations
- Hands-on experience with PIEE and government property management modules
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of property recordkeeping and lifecycle management processes
