Government Relations Principal

Job Summary

To advance federal policy priorities, the full-time remote Government Relations Principal will support and execute government relations strategies focused on healthcare and human performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute federal government relations strategy related to healthcare and revenue policies
• Monitor and communicate legislative and regulatory developments impacting the business and partnerships
• Develop advocacy materials and build relationships with Members of Congress and federal agencies

Required qualifications

• Background in healthcare policy, government relations, or public policy, preferably in health tech or medtech
• Experience engaging with Congress and federal agencies
• Strong understanding of the intersection of public policy and business strategy
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate policy developments into actionable guidance
• Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
